Scope : global (including US) for Specialty care and primary care.
Primary mission : drive the team to realize the IT bold promise

Main mission :

==> Project portfolio management (Domaine: IT commercial and marketing, IT Ethic and Social responsibility)

- accountable for commercial and Ethic IT projects delivery with support of IT project manager in collaboration with transversal team ( data: analytics and ETL)
- Budget and resources management
- Business partners (internal) and vendors (external) management

==> Make sure new IT CRM structure is efficient and brings value to the business

- Make sure governance newly in place is relevant and validate adjustment with stakeholders when necessary
- Make sure CRM domain leads performance are monitored Missions of the CRM domain leads (management of : bugs, change request, major release, plateform enhancement, small project)
- Accountable for the successful delivery of IT projects ( time, budget, quality) with support of a project manager of the team
- sits in steering committees of all projects from the stream

==> Maintain/ develop partnership with business key stakeholders

- Meet regularly with key stakeholders
- Define/ review 2020 project sequence with business based on validated budgets
- Align on priorities
- Assess business value of project to launch
- Animate quarterly meeting

==> Team management (external and internal resources ) A minima:

- weekly one to one with internal resources ( project follow up and other topics requiring discussion)
- Weekly IT committee with external resources
- bi monthly IT leadership team meeting
- weekly one to one with CIO
